The ODI, co‑founded by Sir Tim Berners‑Lee and Sir Nigel Shadbolt, used Mentornity to manage its Open Data Pitch Accelerator Program and address the challenge of coordinating mentor–startup interactions across scheduling, communications and feedback. The organization needed a single platform to let mentors publish availabilities and startups reserve sessions while capturing meeting notes and follow‑up.

Mentornity implemented its mentoring platform to provide scheduling, messaging, meeting notes and feedback forms, centralizing bookings and program communication. As a result, Mentornity streamlined mentor availability and startup bookings, reduced administrative overhead, and improved tracking of sessions and feedback—making mentor utilization and startup engagement easier to manage and measure.
