Bacardi, represented by Senior Director Chio Zubiria, faced a scaling challenge with its Women in Leadership mentoring program: what began as a small, hand‑selected initiative grew to about 100 participants and relied on manual, spreadsheet-based matching that could take a month. To scale globally and support Diversity & Inclusion goals, Bacardi sought a technology partner and selected MentorcliQ’s mentoring platform.
MentorcliQ replaced the manual process with its mentoring software and customer support, automating matches and enabling program expansion. As a result, matching time dropped from roughly a month to seconds, and Bacardi scaled the program to a global audience of over 2,000 participants, significantly increasing reach and impact for women leaders.
