Royal Town Planning Institute boosts organic visibility with Mentor Digital

The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), the UK's leading planning body, needed to develop a new iteration of its website to support its growth and roll out new branding. They partnered with Mentor Digital, their digital partner since 2011, to leverage their expertise in CMS and membership portal systems.

Mentor Digital implemented an Umbraco 13 CMS and a Microsoft Dynamics CRM-powered membership portal, which included event booking and intuitive member functionality. Working with disability charity Scope, they ensured the site achieved an AA WCAG rating. The results included a significant year-over-year increase in organic visibility and engagement rate, alongside a perfect 100/100 Google accessibility score, creating a robust and sophisticated website.
