LHC Procurement Group rebuilds six sites in 20 weeks with Mentor Digital

The LHC Procurement Group needed to modernize its group site and five regional partner sites, replacing six aging websites with a consistent and easy-to-manage estate on a new Umbraco platform. Working to a compressed timeline, Mentor Digital was engaged to undertake this significant redesign and content migration project.

Mentor Digital ran discovery workshops to define shared requirements and delivered a revised information architecture. They executed a lift-and-shift migration to Umbraco, creating a unified design system with region-specific color palettes and a bespoke Framework Finder tool. Despite the six-site scope, Mentor Digital delivered the full project in approximately 20 weeks, efficiently testing across a shared codebase to provide a low-carbon, sustainable solution.
