How Wine Services Manages World Famous Wines’ Online Reputation

Wine Services, founded in 2010, provides brand and communication services to more than 150 wineries worldwide, helping producers, négociants and distributors manage press, digital monitoring and online reputation. Their clients needed visibility into where wines were sold and how they appeared online, but manual tracking with free tools was time-consuming, missed many mentions and left social and digital media largely unmonitored.

In 2012 Wine Services adopted Mention to automate digital media monitoring and combine Boolean-powered searches with human curation and API integration. The platform let them deliver precise, client-ready reports (filtering noise around famous vineyards), improve productivity by about 2x and produce 1.5x more relevant results, while benefiting from active customer success support.
