Íslandsbanki, a leading digital bank in Iceland, wanted to deepen customer loyalty and engagement by helping people better manage their finances and save more. To do that, it turned to Meniga and its personal finance management (PFM) and cashback reward capabilities to create a more proactive, personalised banking experience.

Meniga implemented features including life goals, financial planning, auto-calculated budgets, and personalised cashback offers. The results were strong: 71% of users said the PFM increased their loyalty, 90% would recommend it, 41% reported improved financial behavior, and active PFM users saw a 19.4% increase in the average number of accounts held.
