New mBank raises the bar for retail banks

mBank, one of Poland’s leading digital banks, wanted to help customers manage their current and future finances more effectively with clearer insight into inflows, spending, and assets. Meniga supported the bank with its out-of-the-box PFM APIs and finance management tools, helping modernize the mobile and online banking experience across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Meniga implemented a redesigned, user-centric interface with features such as categorisation, spending and budget tracking, and a Google-like financial search. The results were strong: 2 million customers used the new mBank every day, 200,000 new users joined in the first week, new product applications rose by 70%, and customer satisfaction improved to mBank’s highest retention rate to date.
