Using the Mendix low-code platform, Vivix built apps for checklists, production management, temperature monitoring, quality analysis, and more. Mendix enabled faster delivery, reduced manual work, and improved transparency across teams; one checklist app was built in just one month and cut several hours of manual effort per shift. Vivix also expects its AI-powered “Virtual Engineer” chatbot, built with Mendix, to reduce customer complaint resolution from 5 days to less than 1 day and internal issue handling from 4–5 hours to minutes.
