VitaTech, part of Dutch maintenance group Van Dorp, provides technical maintenance for about 18,000 properties worth €15.5 billion. To solve this, VitaTech built VitaConnect, a unified platform that aggregates data, prioritizes tickets with smart algorithms, dispatches the nearest technician via GPS, and sends automated notifications and invoicing.
