Transforming Global Logistics by Migrating to a Custom Mendix ERP in 10 months

CARU Containers, a global shipping container sales and rental company operating in more than 70 countries, needed a modern, scalable digital foundation to keep pace with rapid logistics digitization. Its legacy ERP could not support new needs like portals, automated field filling, and better integration with CRM and external systems, so CARU turned to Mendix and The Orange Force to build a replacement.

Mendix helped CARU migrate to a custom ERP called Nova, moving only essential active data and preserving historical records in Power BI to ensure a smooth launch and stable performance. The new system delivers faster, more responsive workflows, hundreds of role-based custom views, and a better fit for day-to-day operations, with the project reaching this stage in just 10 months and setting CARU up for an August 2025 go-live.
