Support 19,000 Employees with Enterprise Ticketing Solution

Garanti BBVA, Turkey’s second-largest bank, needed a faster way to connect 19,000 employees across headquarters, branches, and subsidiaries while replacing an aging internal request system. The bank’s technology arm, Garanti BBVA Technology, turned to Mendix and its low-code platform to modernize and unify more than 200 enterprise workflow processes into a single application.

Using Mendix, Garanti BBVA built Corpus, a web-based ticketing and demand management portal with standardized workflows, reusable templates, dashboards, and integrations. The rollout helped the bank move over 200 processes in about a year, now handling around 2,000 tickets per day with plans to scale to 5,000, while also improving usability so employees need little to no training.
