Nicolas Delord is a Creative Technologist in ADP’s Product Incubator, a team born from the NYC Innovation Lab that rapidly designs, builds and validates new work-related product concepts. Using the Mendix low-code platform, Nicolas builds apps in a matter of days, enabling rapid user-driven iteration and one-click deployment. His Leader Compass app was launched to 50,000 employees to run a biannual leadership assessment and delivers coaching reports to 5,000 managers; the project scaled reliably with no major issues and shortened development cycles dramatically, allowing multiple daily iterations and faster validation of product ideas.
