Mendix Enables ANT to Revamp its CRM/ERP for Greater Agility, Control, and Auditability

ANT Trust & Corporate Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of SGG and a global leader in corporate and asset-administration services, outgrew its fragmented IT landscape after a series of acquisitions that expanded the group from about 30 to more than 250 people. Faced with disconnected CRM and operational systems and the need to integrate finance and compliance across the business, ANT needed a unified, customizable ERP/CRM that could support strict confidentiality, regulatory change, and consistent processes across jurisdictions.

ANT chose to build a tailored ERP/CRM on the Mendix platform using SCRUM, delivered initially by two Mendix developers over 12 months with subsequent consulting support. The solution integrates with Qics, Exact, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, was first deployed in Hong Kong, Curaçao and Aruba, and receives updates every few weeks. The result is greater agility, tighter integration, improved data integrity, process quality and auditability, and a system now used by 250 employees that can quickly adapt as the business evolves.
