EduConnex Adapts to Evolving Student and Educator Needs

EduConnex, an Australian education technology provider serving nearly 1,000 schools, needed a faster way to respond to evolving student and educator needs and to replace slow, siloed forms processes in its student information management system. Traditional development would have taken too long, so EduConnex turned to Mendix and its low-code platform to build a new “Forms” module that could fit into its existing product.

Using Mendix, EduConnex and implementation partner WeDoApps delivered the integrated Forms module in just 12 weeks, with desktop and mobile support, custom workflows, dashboards, and security controls. The results included real-time changes, reduced testing overhead, and faster collaboration; the project also enabled EduConnex to train its own Mendix developers and created a foundation for future low-code modernization efforts.
