NS Hispeed, the Netherlands’ high-speed train operator, needed a faster, more accurate way to register and analyze service incidents. Working with Capgemini and the Mendix App Platform, a two‑person business engineering team delivered an integrated incident registration app in eight weeks, including a four‑day integration with ProRail’s Traffic Management System. The result is an automated, user‑friendly workflow with built‑in reporting and analytics (over 400 function points), improved incident processing and management visibility, and a flexible platform for future enhancements.
