Söderberg & Partners, the Nordic insurance broker with more than 4,800 employees, needed a faster way to deliver software and reduce its reliance on manual work and traditional IT delivery. Using Mendix low-code, the company looked for a more scalable approach to support its complex back-office processes, integrations, and demand for bespoke applications.
Mendix helped Söderberg & Partners build and launch applications much faster, including a document processing solution in just three months, a sales process automation tool, and a non-life invoicing platform. The results included 11 applications delivered, improved collaboration between business and IT, and a 300–500% increase in lead conversion for the Customer Success workflow, while also enabling faster development and better automation across multiple business areas.
