Memora Health implemented a solution using its platform to deliver PROMs via SMS text message. This approach allowed for frequent monitoring and intelligent triaging of patient communications. The results were significant: the program achieved a 100% consent rate with over 500 patients enrolled. When delivered via SMS, the PRO survey completion rate reached 75%, contributing to an overall completion rate of 59% and a 71% patient engagement rate, enabling BMC to improve care quality with earlier complication identification.
