Socios En Salud, an affiliate of Partners In Health, faced the challenge of low adherence to recommended prenatal care and nutritional supplement regimens among pregnant women in Lima, Peru, which contributed to high rates of conditions like anemia. To increase health literacy and engagement, they implemented a digital health solution from vendor Memora Health.

Using the Memora Health platform, Socios En Salud deployed an automated, SMS-based program that sent patients educational content and timely reminders in Spanish. This solution, combined with community workshops, led to a 1.8x increase in women attending the recommended six prenatal visits and a 70% adherence rate for obtaining supplements. The intervention also achieved a 34% improvement in overall health knowledge scores, demonstrating the significant impact of Memora Health's technology.
