Pi Sigma Epsilon - Customer Case Study

Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE), the national co‑ed professional fraternity for sales, marketing, and management with nearly 60 chapters, faced a complex mix of four individual membership types, non‑member school and corporate partners, multiple roles and pricing levels, siloed data, and manual processes for event registration and career center access. To address this, PSE implemented MemberSuite’s association management system and modules (CRM, event registration, member portal and reporting) to replace multiple tools and automate business rules.

MemberSuite was configured out‑of‑the‑box to consolidate members, partners and staff in one platform, manage partners at the company level (about 60 companies instead of ~1,000 individual partner records), automate career‑center entitlements, and handle complex event pricing and promo codes. The result: faster, self‑service workflows (advanced searches that take minutes to build), dramatically reduced administrative burden on chapter leaders and HQ staff, restructured roles to focus on programming, and improved ability to increase engagement and revenue — all enabled by MemberSuite.
