Learning Forward, a 20-person organization serving more than 10,000 educators, faced a fragmented data environment spanning 30+ years and eight separate databases that prevented staff in two states from running their own reports and complicated marketing, events, and accounting integration needs. In evaluating AMS options, Learning Forward selected MemberSuite for a cloud-based Association Management Software solution (including MemberSuite’s business intelligence tool, Insights) that could migrate historic records, centralize data, and integrate with QuickBooks.

MemberSuite implemented a centralized, cloud-based AMS, migrated over 100,000 records from eight databases, and provided a sandbox training environment using live data to accelerate adoption. As a result of MemberSuite’s solution, staff can generate and auto-schedule their own reports, access the system from multiple offices without relying on a single person, and use Insights for deeper analysis—streamlining reporting and operational processes and consolidating Learning Forward’s data into a single, manageable platform.
