Improve user experience with an integrated AMS providing a single sign-on for all access

The Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA), which represents nearly 200 credit unions across Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island and runs more than 100 events a year, needed to replace a failing event platform and improve member tracking. CCUA was operating from siloed Access databases and Excel spreadsheets and sought a robust event management and association management solution—ultimately selecting MemberSuite’s association management software (AMS).

MemberSuite implemented a unified AMS with event registration, API-based single sign-on, self-service member profiles and integration of third‑party resources. As a result, CCUA consolidated scattered data into one system, created a single login for members to access registrations, resources and streamed content, automated profile creation to eliminate manual updates and expanded its individual contact database—enabling holistic engagement reports and saving staff time thanks to MemberSuite.
