The Michigan Society of Association Executives (MSAE), the professional association supporting associations across Michigan and provider of a widely used CAE exam prep course, needed to maximize ROI from its association management system and get more proactive, tailored support. MemberSuite provided a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to understand MSAE’s operations, align the AMS to their workflows, and deliver ongoing advisory and training services.
