/Dev/color is a nonprofit founded in 2015 to support and advance Black software engineers through peer mentorship, cohort “Squads,” and programs like AMP and BES. The organization rapidly grew to over 360 members across multiple chapters and launched corporate partnerships through The Guild, but with only nine full-time staff they needed a way to automate administrative and payment workflows so the team could scale programming without adding operations overhead.
