How Compass Fitness Transitioned Online During COVID-19

Compass Fitness Denver is a Denver-based group fitness gym with two locations that also offers personal training and online classes. As the COVID-19 pandemic hit just as they were preparing to expand, they needed help maintaining revenue, moving members online quickly, and preserving the strong culture and community they had built in person. MemberDev provided the online platform used to support that transition.

MemberDev helped Compass Fitness Denver shift from a Facebook Live stopgap to a fuller online experience on the member(dev) platform, including a content library for recorded classes, instructor bios, gear recommendations, and other videos, plus an event calendar for weekly live classes using Vimeo Live. The gym was able to keep members engaged, encourage comments and interaction, and continue serving its community virtually; the case study highlights that their online platform helped scale their impact, though it does not provide specific numeric results.
