The Wisconsin State Reading Association (WSRA) manages submissions for its journal, Speakers Bureau, and awards, but struggled with a manual process of copying submissions into Google Docs and coordinating in-person reviews across the state. Administrative Assistant Joyce Uglow sought a better way to facilitate reviewer collaboration and convinced the board to try MemberClicks’ Review Panel.

Implementing Review Panel let reviewers score and comment online, which made new reviewers more comfortable, increased consistency, and eliminated an entire face-to-face meeting—saving a weekend of time plus travel and hotel costs for 6–7 people.
