Enhancing Member Engagement Through a Strategic Website Upgrade

GSAE, the Georgia Society of Association Executives, needed to update its website because members were increasingly using mobile devices and the site had accessibility, navigation, and design issues. Although GSAE was already using MemberClicks AMS, member feedback showed the website needed to evolve to better meet expectations.

Working with MemberClicks, GSAE completed a website overhaul focused on mobile responsiveness, accessibility improvements, and a more user-friendly homepage. The result was a smoother transition with little downtime, faster registration times, stronger member engagement, and almost doubled mobile engagement for the e-newsletter from 5.8% to 9.6%; FEATHR campaign click-through rate also reached a new high of 1.09%.
