A group of medical professionals needed a system that met their high expectations

The Missouri Pharmacy Association (MPA), a professional group of pharmacists with high standards and goals, needed an association management system that could support a more complex membership structure while remaining easy for a small staff to manage. After using the original MemberClicks since 2013 and seeing the new platform demo in 2015, they chose to upgrade in November 2015.

The month-long upgrade to MemberClicks’ rebuilt platform — guided by a dedicated Product Upgrade Manager — allowed MPA to launch a new membership model with different pricing and permissions without conflicts. Improved forms and a clear dashboard reduced errors in applications, renewals, and event registrations, boosted member usability and engagement, and left MPA very satisfied with the product and support.
