Harley-Davidson Australia - Customer Case Study

Member Jungle worked with Harley-Davidson Australia and Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) chapters across Australia and New Zealand, starting in early 2018, to address the challenge of volunteer-run chapters spending many hours manually managing memberships, renewals, payments, rides, and communications. The customer needed a simpler way to support 54 individually run chapters with consistent tools while reducing the workload on membership officers and administrators.

Member Jungle implemented separate website and membership systems for each chapter, with features including customised membership forms, automated renewal reminders, a mobile app, members-only website areas, document libraries, ride management, digital member cards, email and push notifications, and an online store. The program saw more than 80% take-up within the first 12 months, and Member Jungle also provided Harley-Davidson with a roll-up reporting dashboard showing graphs and tables from chapter data to support future decision-making and service planning.
