Rio Convention & Visitors Bureau (Rio CVB) is the private nonprofit responsible for promoting tourism, congresses and events in Rio de Janeiro — which was named South America's leading sports tourism destination by the World Travel Awards in 2018. With many themes to promote (music, Carnival, beaches, landmarks) and audiences around the world, Rio CVB needed a modern media-communications solution with a flexible contact database, influencer targeting and geotargeting, plus timely KPI reporting to measure and refine campaigns.
