TEAM LEWIS, a global marketing agency with offices around the world, needed better insight into social conversations, audience behavior, and potential crises to support its international marketing and PR campaigns. They partnered with Meltwater and expanded use of the Meltwater suite to help inform creative work, identify the right audiences, and manage influencer relationships for clients.
Meltwater implemented social listening, audience analytics, and an influencer database to give TEAM LEWIS real-time visibility into brand mentions, media trends, demographics, and social preferences. As a result, TEAM LEWIS was able to create more targeted campaigns, identify and track the value of influencer partnerships, and improve reporting on campaign performance and results through Meltwater.
