Talika, a French beauty brand, engaged Digital Business Lab (DBL) to promote an anniversary limited edition in Hong Kong and faced a crowded imported-beauty market. DBL’s challenge was to identify the right content format and influencers with true reach, high engagement and a young local audience (many female influencers had follower mixes that were over 50% male), so they needed a tool that combined influencer discovery, CRM and performance monitoring.
