VIVACOM, Bulgaria’s telecommunications company, needed a more efficient way to train more than 3,000 employees across the country and keep up with ongoing product, procedure, and soft-skills training needs. The company turned to Melon and its Melon LMS eLearning platform to deliver timely, consistent training with minimal logistics.

Melon implemented a branded eLearning solution with interactive modules, tests, and automated reporting, all integrated with VIVACOM’s HR system. Over five years, VIVACOM says Melon helped save 75,000 euros in hall rental and trainer fees, recover 1,700 man-days, cut test administration time by more than half, and improve training accuracy; today, more than 4,400 users access the system and over 1,650 eCourses have been created in Melon LMS.
