Telenor Bulgaria needed a fast, cost-efficient way to train its entire workforce countrywide on mandatory courses, especially after consolidation into the Telenor Group. Melon provided an eLearning platform and adapted key compliance courses, aiming to simplify training delivery for more than 2,400 employees with minimal logistics and strong first-level support.

Melon implemented the Melon LMS, handling course uploads, user access, scheduling, notifications, help desk support, and reporting. The result was a user-friendly system that supported company-wide training, saved time and resources, and enabled measurable adoption: nearly 2,400 employees used the platform, more than 2,250 completed the mandatory courses, over 600 took performance training, and 21 courses were uploaded in total.
