Ovation Incentives, a London-based technology-focused performance improvement agency, needed help optimizing its complex Universal Voucher System. The company works across 120 countries with multi-language, multi-currency reward programs, and turned to Melon to support the development of a large voucher and coupon database along with related system enhancements.

Melon implemented additional UV system functionality for tracking, reporting, searching, filtering, exports, and email tracing, and also built a reporting tool and virtual card module integrated with the database. Using ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL Server, and IIS 7, Melon helped improve customer support, optimize workflows, and increase usability, resulting in high client-customer satisfaction.
