Integer Research, a London-based independent provider of market research, conferences, and consultancy, needed a more reliable way to support its complex IT environment. Melon provided second- and third-level IT support and helped address challenges around system downtime, remote access, and protecting critical servers and business data.

Melon implemented redundancy and disaster recovery across key systems, including replicated gateways, backups, monitoring, a second internet connection, and support for Citrix, Office 365, SharePoint, and other technologies. As a result, Integer Research squeezed downtime to a minimum, with systems able to recover in less than a day in major failure scenarios and gateway failover happening in under a second.
