Global Leader Providing Services Company worked with Melon to tackle the challenge of managing automation across multiple technologies, clients, and sectors. After acquiring a Wales-based automation company, the organization needed a single platform to monitor and control robots without switching between different control centers, while also making reporting and operations easier for its service team.

Melon built the Unified Automation Platform (UAP), a web-based multi-platform solution using .NET MVC, ReactJS, and related technologies, with UX/UI support to create a simple, intuitive interface. The platform integrated multiple control centers, enabled centralized robot management and monitoring, and laid the groundwork for scheduling and self-managed robots. The solution was well received, launched with only a one-month delay, and helped a team of five support 10–15 clients and around 200,000 transactions per month more efficiently.
