Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company worked with Melon to replace scattered Excel sheets, post-it notes, and complex Visio-based process documentation with a more structured way to manage hundreds of business procedures. Melon uploaded the initial 15 pilot processes and guided the rollout of the remaining 500, helping Coca-Cola Hellenic improve knowledge transfer, speed up daily work, and reduce change requests to just 8 after delivery.
