blizoo Fiber Power, Bulgaria’s largest cable telecom operator, needed a comprehensive eLearning solution to quickly transfer knowledge, create tests, and track employee progress across a geographically distributed sales organization. Melon provided the platform, using Melon LMS along with Melon Author and Melon Quiz to support training, testing, and ongoing knowledge management.

Melon implemented a branded eLearning portal for blizoo’s sales consultants, managers, and support teams, enabling internal creation and updates of courses and exams. Within a year, the company built 6 training programs, 16 exams, and an induction program for new sales employees; the system was used by 350 users across 41 locations, with over 2,000 hours spent in online training in five months. The solution helped blizoo improve training efficiency and shift some learning from repetitive courses to classroom and on-the-job training.
