A MeisterTask Case Study
Group JHR, a Costa Rica-based group of companies with about 100 employees spanning transportation, health and fitness, real estate and finance, needed a more intuitive, agile project-management approach to coordinate directors and satellite offices. While researching tools during a project management Masters, the team moved away from Microsoft Project and adopted MeisterTask (alongside MindMeister and G Suite) to enable real-time collaboration and simpler, agile workflows.
MeisterTask was implemented together with MindMeister and G Suite: teams use MindMeister and Google Hangouts for collaborative planning and Google Docs/Sheets for live document editing, then turn mind‑map ideas into assigned tasks in MeisterTask. The integrated solution helped Group JHR complete a major shift from departmental silos to a project-focused structure, streamlined onboarding and infrastructure work, gave directors a clear overview of ongoing projects, increased efficiency and noticeably reduced anxiety among the management team.
