TAJCO, a global supplier of premium automotive exhaust trims, needed to support international growth while standardizing processes across countries and complying with multiple quality standards (ISO, IATF). Managers had limited visibility into how processes impacted operations, making troubleshooting, performance management and audit readiness difficult.

TAJCO implemented MEGA’s HOPEX Business Process Analysis on the HOPEX platform with MEGA Services, building a single repository (aligned to the APQC framework) with global roles and SMART KPIs. The solution centralized knowledge for ~50 contributing managers and ~200 regular users, improved strategic alignment and performance measurement, broke down silos, enabled quarterly process assessments, and made audits and compliance demonstrably easier while boosting operational efficiency.
