Case Study: PLM achieves a successful virtual Siemens PLM Connection with MEETYOO

The digital event format of the Siemens PLM Connection

PLM-Benutzergruppe e.V., organizer of the annual Siemens PLM Connection, needed to move its established 800–900 attendee user conference into a virtual format for the first time in 2021. Working with MEETYOO, the organization looked for a secure, browser-based event platform that could preserve the character of the physical conference while supporting strong networking, interaction, and exhibitor engagement.

MEETYOO provided its MEETYOO Pro full-service solution, including event platform setup, training for speakers and exhibitors, technical support, and ongoing project management. The digital event was well received for its design, stability, functionality, and interactive trade show features, and exhibitors and speakers praised the preparation and support. The success of the virtual edition led to plans for future events on MEETYOO’s platform, including a hybrid Siemens PLM Connection in 2022.
