L'Oréal’s Talent Acquisition team wanted to move its annual TA LAB event online so it could invite its full global TA community while still delivering the personal care, engagement, and networking experience the team was known for. To do this, L'Oréal worked with MEETYOO and used MEETYOO Pro to create a virtual event with workshops, live presentations, and networking features.
MEETYOO delivered a flexible, interactive platform that included matchmaking, forums, networking areas, chats, and feedback tools, helping L'Oréal support participants across time zones and make the event feel personal. The results were strong: attendance quadrupled versus previous years, the event covered more than 60 topics in keynotes, attracted participants from 50 countries, and helped reduce travel costs and emissions.
