SAP wanted to bring together 1,600 remote employees from more than 75 countries for its annual kickoff while sharing management messaging and creating real networking opportunities. To do this, SAP worked with MEETYOO to build a custom virtual venue for the SAP GFSS Kick Off 2021, designed to feel more like a celebratory experience than a traditional conference.

MEETYOO delivered a browser-based event with single sign-on and interactive spaces such as a live DJ show, an airport terminal, and a Mount Everest camp, plus webcasts, chat, polls, and real-time Q&A. The result was an engaging, cost-efficient virtual kickoff that successfully connected employees worldwide, improved camaraderie, and allowed remote teams to socialize and align on business strategy without travel.
