How HIMSS drives the digitalization of health systems with virtual conferences

HIMSS, the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, wanted a way to bring C-level healthcare leaders together from around the world to discuss digitalization, strategic partnerships, and knowledge sharing. To support this goal, HIMSS worked with MEETYOO and its virtual event platform, MEETYOO Pro, to create online summit experiences that could serve a highly demanding executive audience.

MEETYOO delivered two virtual conferences, the APAC Health CIO Summit and the C-suite Summit, with managed streaming, live Q&A, breakout rooms, text chat, AI-supported matchmaking, and a 365-day content hub. The result was more than 200 global C-level healthcare change-makers connected through the events, enabling networking, peer exchange, and new partnership opportunities, while HIMSS benefited from full-service support and strong security.
