NFT Historical Festival, organized by Dada and The Yellow B, sought to host its first-ever blockchain and web3 festival focused on NFT art. Their challenge was to manage and add value to this novel event, which required a platform for communication, access control, and attendee engagement. They turned to vendor Meetmaps and utilized its Event Management Software (EMS) to address these needs.
Meetmaps provided a comprehensive solution, including a custom-branded event app for attendee interaction and information sharing. For access control, they deployed a ticketing system linked to NFTs and provided real-time metrics. This resulted in a successful festival with 150+ attendees, 247 QR scans, and 137 app downloads. Meetmaps' tools were praised for being practical and excellent for fostering a community, adding significant value to the event.
