The Vendôm Company, a recruitment firm for the luxury industry, needed a technological platform to support its second hybrid-format international luxury recruitment fair. For this event, Excellence by Vêndom, they partnered with vendor Meetmaps to utilize its Event Management Software (EMS) and a custom event app to facilitate connections between candidates and top luxury brands.

Meetmaps provided a customized event application and EMS that managed registrations, live streaming, and multi-language support. A key feature was the 1-to-1 meeting system, which enabled over 1,000 scheduled interviews. The vendor's solutions were instrumental in the event's success, which hosted over 4,000 attendees and 80 luxury brands, resulting in more than 5,000 interactions and 6,500 messages sent.
