The 080 Barcelona Fashion event, organized by the Generalitat de Catalunya, required a comprehensive access control and ticketing solution for its large-scale, multi-day fashion week. The organizers needed to manage over 11,000 attendees, facilitate catwalk bookings for 25 designers, and reduce queues, all while collecting valuable event metrics. They contracted Meetmaps and its Event Management Software (EMS) to address these challenges.

Meetmaps implemented a complete solution that included multi-format ticketing, multi-language registration forms, and a counter system to streamline access to popular catwalks. Their onsite managers handled setup, staff training, and real-time incident management during the event. As a result, Meetmaps successfully managed access for over 11,000 attendees, scanned more than 10,000 QR codes, and provided the organizer with detailed, minute-by-minute analytics to measure the event's reach and effectiveness.
