Kraftringen got added value with Meetio's solutions

Kraftringen, a Swedish energy company, faced challenges with its previous meeting room booking system, which included touch screens and a web app that employees largely ignored. To support a transition to an activity-based workplace during an office move, the company partnered with vendor Meetio to implement new solutions, Meetio Room and Meetio View, in order to modernize and improve meeting room organization.

Meetio's solution involved strategically placing four Meetio View screens throughout the new office for easy access. Kraftringen supported the rollout with proactive communication and training for all employees. The vendor's system completely turned around meeting room usage and provided significant added value, proving even more beneficial than anticipated by greatly facilitating the shift to an activity-based way of working.
