Three, a major Swedish mobile network operator, faced the challenge of supporting its unique corporate culture during a move to a new headquarters for 900 employees. Their old office had an inflexible layout that lacked spaces for focused work, collaboration, and spontaneous meetings. For their new office, a key obstacle was breaking an inefficient pattern of room booking where reservations were hoarded and went unused, which led them to seek a solution from Meetio.
Meetio provided a user-friendly room booking system integrated with Outlook and featuring booking screens and a mobile app. The solution made it easy to find and book rooms spontaneously and automatically released reservations if a room was not used, breaking the cycle of unused bookings. As a result, employees found it much easier to locate available meeting spaces, which was further enhanced by the new office's variety of collaborative areas. Meetio's intuitive system required minimal instruction and was successfully adopted by the staff.
