Stiftung Hospital zum Heiligen Geist, a non-denominational hospital foundation in Frankfurt am Main, needed a better way to manage frequent IT department meetings. Its weekly and monthly meetings were time-consuming, lacked agendas and background information, and relied on manual minutes logging in the QM system. The foundation turned to MeetingBooster from MatchWare to modernize its meeting process.

MeetingBooster was introduced first in the IT department and then expanded to additional teams, bringing structured agendas, attachments sent in advance, and minutes captured live during meetings. As a result, meetings became more efficient, collaboration improved, and time savings were significant, with meetings that had lasted 1 to 2 hours becoming much more streamlined. The success led Stiftung Hospital zum Heiligen Geist to purchase additional licenses, and MeetingBooster is now being considered beyond the IT department.
